The final assembly of new conveyor systems is currently underway, with delivery expected soon. These systems are essential to the metal scrap sorting process, designed for efficient transport and handling of various sizes and types of metal waste.
They are specifically engineered to handle two size categories: the first for metal particles between 0–15 mm, and the second for larger pieces ranging from 40–110 mm. Once operational, these conveyors will have the capacity to move up to 8 tons of material per hour, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow throughout the sorting process.
This high throughput is crucial for improving the efficiency of metal scrap sorting operations, including tasks such as separating recyclable metals from non-recyclable materials and classifying metal fragments by size and type for further processing.
