STROJREM d.o.o. is a privately owned company founded in 1991 in Križevci, with more than 30 years of presence on the market. The company employs around 50 people and specializes in the design, production, and delivery of systems for material transport and handling.
STROJREM operates from 2,300 m² of production and office space, spread across two locations:
1. Headquarters: Gundulićeva 118, 48260 Križevci – conveyor belts workshop
2. Production plant: Prikraj Križevački 104, 48260 Križevci – management, sales, engineering, production, and equipment assembly
SIAPRO GROUP
In 2022, the owners of Strojrem entered into a strategic cooperation with Siapro Group from Slovenia. As part of this cooperation, Siapro acquired 76% of the company’s shares, while the remaining 24% remained with the existing owners.
Siapro is an internationally recognized engineering and manufacturing group, known for shot blasting machines, foundry equipment, and small hydropower plants. Through this acquisition, Strojrem became an integral part of the Siapro Group, strengthening its technological capabilities, market reach, and long-term development potential.
