Automated Fertilizer Packaging Line

The project included the design, manufacturing, and integration of a fully automated line for dosing, weighing, packaging, palletizing, and pallet handling of granulated fertilizer. The system processes free-flowing fertilizer granules up to 5 mm in size and automatically forms, fills, prints, palletizes, wraps, and handles 25 kg bags with a capacity of up to 600 bags per hour, using a Siemens S7 PLC-controlled automation system with industrial components from leading suppliers.
