A special highlight of this year’s gathering of employees from Siapro d.o.o. and Strojrem d.o.o. was a visit to Siapro’s production facility in Slovenia.
Around 70 employees had the opportunity to tour the site and gain insight into the production processes, with a particular focus on hydropower plant manufacturing and the latest technological advancements. The visit emphasized our strong commitment to quality and operational excellence.
The management of the Siapro Group presented key initiatives, strategies, and investment plans aimed at driving growth and innovation across both companies. There was also ample time for personal meetings and professional networking.
Leisure activities—including a visit to the well-known tourist destination Tolminska korita and a picnic with social games—encouraged informal interaction and strengthened team spirit.
